Childhood can present challenges such as anxiety, depression, behavior issues, academic or social stress, trauma and family changes, which can impact a child's well-being and overall happiness. It can be difficult to be a teen today, especially now with social media and societal changes. Teen therapy is a specialized service designed to support adolescents through the unique challenges and transitions of adolescence. After working with teens, I have seen and understand that teenage years can be a time of significant change, emotional growth, social influence and exploration of identity. I am dedicated to providing a safe and confidential space where teens can express themselves, explore their feelings, and develop the skills they need to navigate this pivotal stage of life.

In parent coaching session, I will work with child’s parents and/or guardians to support and guide in navigating behavior management issues, communication breakdowns, adjusting to life transitions, or seeking guidance on specific parenting concerns. It provides a structured approach to improving parenting practices while fostering a supportive and positive parenting experience. I teach parenting tools and skills so that you feel empowered to support your child and family through effective communication, boundaries and positive discipline.

I have worked with different city departments and organizations to provide insight and skills to childcare providers and consult on how to provide the best support for the children and families they serve. This includes one-on-one meeting with supervisors to discuss cases, team training and coping skill workshops for the kids.
